A cable problem can affect both sides
Tell us which side looks different and whether the door was moving when the problem began. Do not pull on a cable or try to reconnect it.
Look beyond the visible cable
The proposed repair should address why the cable came loose and the condition of the surrounding hardware. Ask whether the scope includes replacement parts and checks of the complete door system.
Make access clear before the visit
Mention a trapped vehicle or an opening that cannot be secured. Describe any other entrance so access can be discussed without moving the door.
