Describe when it happens
Is the sound at the start, near the top, or through the whole movement? Tell the service team whether it began suddenly or became more noticeable over time. Avoid cycling a damaged door just to reproduce it.
Mention changes in movement
A noise accompanied by a leaning door, a loose cable or a sudden change in operation deserves particular attention. Stop using the system if damage is visible and keep the opening clear.
