Noise can have more than one source. Say whether the sound occurs at the same point in travel, and mention any visible damage without reaching into the track.
Choose rollers for the door
Roller size, stem length and the condition of the track matter. Ask which replacement is proposed and why it fits your door instead of choosing from appearance alone.
Set expectations for the result
